How to Check if This Double Din Stereo Works for Your Vehicles or Not?
First, please check the size of this 2 din stereo receiver. It is a standard double din size, 7 x 4 x 2.6 inches (178*102*65 mm). Confirm the size of the CENTER CONSOLES in your car to see if this stereo can fit in or not.
Second, please make sure your factory radio is a double din size. It will fit in any car with proper dash kit plus if your factory radio is a double din size. This car audio receiver cannot work on vehicles whose voltage is above 14V.
Third, in most cases, you will need to buy additional dash kit / bezel / mounting kit to perfectly fit in your car’s dashboard. You will need to buy additional wiring harness/adapter if you need other function (such as antenna, etc..). We do recommend you to install it in a professional dealer store, thus they can provide a proper dash kit for you. You can also find the correct aftermarket accessories by searching the year, make, and model of your vehicle on website. If you want to install it yourself, we can provide a tutorial video for you, just con-tact us via your order page. Warm Tips:
1. Check size before you buy this aftermarket radio! Sometimes you may need to buy additional wiring harness or dash kit depending on your vehicle!
2.This car stereo is not a GPS unit (Do Not Have Built-in GPS).It gets navigation function by connecting to the phones to use the auto-play function.
3. For safety reasons, when the car is in reverse mode, other functions on this aftermarket stereo radio cannot be used, such as auto play function, calls & music in Bluetooth mode, phone mirror link, etc.
4. This car stereo requires users to use factory/original USB cable that comes with the phone for Android Auto / CarPlay / Phone Mirroring connection. Non-manufacturer made USB cable may easily cause connection issues, such as black screen after minutes of playback, or unstable phone connection.
5. Phone Mirroring, CarPlay & Android Auto cannot be enabled at the same time. When you enable the Phone Mirroring function in the settings, the system will automatically disable CarPlay & Android Auto feature, and vice versa.
6.The car stereo has a memory function. If the ACC line(Red wire) and the B+ line(Yellow wire) are reversed during installation, the product will have no memory function after the power is off.
7.Our head unit comes with ISO bare wires, if your factory harness is not ISO interface and you don't want to cut the factory harness, you have to buy after-market harness for your car.
8. Although we tested all the units before shipment, but there is still chance that you got defective one(maybe damaged in transit). If the unit / backup camera/ wires that you received is defective, you can send message to us and we are sure to solve it for you.
FAQ
1.Question: Why does the radio won’t save stations ?
Answer : If the ACC wire (red wire) and B + wire (yellow wire) are connected reversely during the installation process, the product will have no memory function after the power is turned off.
2.Question:Why does the mirror link don’t work ? as I expected only mirror the apps you see on the screen will not mirror videos.
Answer :When you use the Carplay/Android Auto function, you can only mirror link some APPs. If you need mirror link video, please check the manual and use the function that is allocated to "A-link", so that you can completely mirror link your phone on the machine, but Please note that due to the version update problem of the mirror link function, it needs a phone with a lower version to use it, which below 1920*1080 can use the mirror link function.Iphone version below 13.4, iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 8P series and below, Android 10.1 and below can match the car stereo when in Carplay/Android Auto function.
3.Question: It was messed up when I got it and it didn’t fit like it did it would!
Answer : Please check if your car belongs to double din, and please note that you would need another dash kit to finish the installation. Since we are a manufacturer specializing in the production of car stereo, we do not sell dash kits for every special models. Please check Amazon for the dash kit by the keyword of your car model. Or you can ask for help from a car stereo installation shop.
4.Question: Made of plastic and poor workmanship.
Answer: Dear custmer, Our products are made of high temperature resistant materials, and its heat insulation and high temperature resistance are better than stainless steel products. The highest temperature is 60 ℃, and the lowest temperature is -20 ℃. (Fahrenheit is -4℉ to 140℉)
5.Question: Just opened and doesn’t work!!
